Each month, we’ll email you with a few quick questions to clarify anything that might need your input—like travel or meal expenses that could overlap with personal spending.
✅ Financial Reports Delivered
Once we close your books for the month, you’ll receive a notice to review your profit & loss and balance sheet directly in your bookkeeping software.
✅ Year-End Bookkeeping Prep
At year-end, we’ll request documents like loan balances and payroll summaries to ensure everything is clean, accurate, and fully tax-ready. We'll also request your tax return after it's filed so that we can make any adjustments that your tax prepare

To do our job right, we’ll sometimes need:

Credit card and bank statements (especially if your bank doesn’t fully sync)
Your filed tax return each year, so we can update depreciation and equity accounts accurately
Documents related to loans, payroll, or asset purchases—especially for year-end adjustments
We will create a custom checklist for you to reference each month
Document exchange is easily done within the bookkeeping software
